Hi, I am Dr.Nusrat want to take some opinion about my Mother's condition Recently she had developed severe upper abdominal pain with progressive weight loss for 2to 3 months ,she had undergone some investigations which results r like this her Haemoglobin level is 9.5mg/dl ,Ca 19-9 marker is above 1200 ,Ct scan revealed mass lesion @neck & body of pancreas with atrophied tail of pancreas & encasement of splenic vessels ,but there is no lymph node involvement or metastasis ... so what is yr opinion about surgery of my Mother ? How much it will be effective & which surgeon would be best or hospital... plz kindly tell me how can u help me about getting a good opinion & best treatment I want to Add also that my Dad is a professor of Gastroenterology @BSMMU Plz kindly reply me soon

Hello doc, I'm suffering pain on the left side of my stomach for the past few days. It reduces and increases at regular intervals. Sometimes it is like my full stomach is paining. Please advise. I am taking tabs for the LASIK surgery which I took recently.
