Hlo I'm varun bhatt i have to done my surgery before 1 year it's called Gynocomestia and after year I mean to say today I'm feeling a little pain in my one side of cheast and i feel like something inside my chest

The discomfort might come from your previous Gynecomastia surgery. One side of the chest could have pain because of inflammation or collection of fluids. It would be best if you saw a doctor about this who can advise on what treatment may be needed and any further tests that need doing.
