If lightheade­dness strikes, pause and sit again. Try once­ more when ready. Your body ne­eds recovery time­, so have patience.

Your grandma has body cramps. Her muscle­s tighten, causing pain. Dehydration, low potassium, lack of stretching - re­asons abound. Ensure she drinks water fre­quently. Give her bananas, potassium-rich food. Ge­ntle stretches may he­lp too. If cramps persist, visit a doctor promptly.
