You might have a chest cold. That makes you cough and feel hot. The red stuff from your nose or throat could be from bleeding. But you should go to a pulmonologist to check. Be sure to drink a lot of water and juice. And rest as much as you can. Use a humidifier too. It puts water in the air so your throat does not get dry.

Hi im noor i got fever flu with extreme phlegm 2 weeks before and i take ibuprofen and hydrallin syrup arinac i got fine but now again i got flu extreme phelgum sore throat with phlegm tiredness weakness slight low grade fever chills sometimes and tiredness feel like pain in jaw and it started by tomorrow and im taking paracetamol plz prescribe me medicine

Since you have been taking paracetamol already, keep doing that for fever and pain relief. Also, try gargling warm salt water and resting up.
