The problem I'm having is this: Performing semen in the urine and occasionally while passing bowel movements. Vitality, excitement, and a lack of stamina are all lacking. Constipation. Is there any ayurvedic medication or therapy that may restore the strength and regular function of my sexual glands?
Spermatorrhoea or Dhat syndrome means involuntary loss of semen, which takes place during different conditions like passing of urine… while passing stools… thinking or talking to your girlfriend or other female partner… During watching porn materials like WApp or porn movies... thin and watery semen etc.
This is often associated with irritability and debility of the genital organs.
Frequent masturbation, excessive sexual Desire or thinking... Imbalance of emotions, smoking, alcohol consumption, weak nervous system, tight foreskin, stress are some of the causes of Dhat Syndrom.

Hello, I am a 25-year-old girl who is sexually active. I've experienced discomfort in my pubic bone since March and no other symptoms. The pain was intermittent.
