It is advisable to walk a little immediately after Tummy Tuck surgery once the anesthesia has worn off. You should everyday. However, coming back to normal physical activity after tummy tuck may take about 3 weeks

Drainage is minimal with good tummy tuck surgery technique. On your part, you should restrict strenuous physical activity in the initial post operative period. 

You can hide the drain after tummy tuck by carrying them in a small purse or a bag.

Tummy tuck drainage is usually light yellow,. pinkish sort of fluid. initially it is more red and slowly colour will change to light yellowish pink and gradually it will stop coming
