Triple vessel disease

Triple vessel disease is an extreme form of coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD develops when the major blood vessels supplying the heart become damaged or diseased. Plaque (cholesterol deposits) and inflammation are the two main causes of CAD.

Triple-vessel disease is a severe type of sCAD since it involves significant stenosis in any 3 of the major epicardial coronary arteries (i.e., the right coronary artery, left anterior descending artery, and left circumflex artery).

Hi sir, I am 37 yrs old female, I have huge forehead. I am interested to go for hair transplant and one more thing, I have Perioral dermatitis from past 6 yrs on face, forehead also. Plz suggest is it possible for me to go hair transplant.

Consult with a dermatologist for Perioral dermatitis treatment before considering hair transplant surgery. The dermatologist can evaluate you condition and provide treatment acccordingly. Once your condition is under control, you can discuss hair transplant options with a hair transplant surgeon.

I am seeing very little blood on my pee when I use the washroom. And I am worry.

Blood in your urine is a sign of a serious medical condition, it could be urinary tract infection, kidney stones, or bladder cancer. Check with a urologist as soon as possible to determine the cause of the bleeding and get the appropriate treatment.

I am 27 year old I am suffering from alopecia barbae for last 10months. I have used minoxidil 5% for a month but nothing has improved, instead the patch is growing bigger in size.Is it curable? Please help me as it is affecting my confidence

Alopecia Barbae

Alopecia barbae is an autoimmune condition where your hair follicles are attacked by your own body, causing patchy hair loss.

If you have weak hair and it falls out, these pharmacy anti hair loss patches help strengthen your hair: what they are and how to use them?

Hair patches have arrived to revolutionize and reinforce anti-loss hair products. With the help of a dermatologist, we reveal what they are, how to use them and what types of hair they are effective on.

We follow the advice of pharmacists to the letter to avoid seasonal hair loss, we use the best hair options when it comes to anti-hair loss products, such as the use of hair serums or weekly hair exfoliation. We have also reduced the heat tools that increase the weakness of the hair and also, we have stopped doing tight hairstyles that cause pain in the scalp and what is worse, the so-called traction alopecia. It may seem that we have everything under control, but the truth is that cosmetic progress has no end and we still have a lot to talk about.

If you have weak hair and it falls out even more in the fall, we have deciphered what hair loss patches are, how they work and what types of hair they are effective on. An option that helps to strengthen the hair and increase the performance of the rest of the products of any type of hair routine, with exceptions.

I am pregnant in 9 weeks. At my last scan, they said I have a possible hematoma with dimmensions 8/5 mm. They said it is small and nothing to worry about. Also I had no bleeding or brown discharge. So what should I do?

If your doctor has told you that the hematoma is small and not a cause for concern, then it is likely that they have assessed the situation carefully and do not see any immediate risks to your pregnancy.

I am 28 yo female and recently got sclerotherapy done on both legs (last Wednesday so it has been over a week). My veins have gotten worse, they are purple and more visible and quite sensitive to the touch. There is no bruising. My dermatologist said I may have had an allergic reaction to the treatment and suggested I get antihistamines. Will the veins subside?

Veins do appear more visible naturally after sclerotherapy treatment, but they usually improve over time as the body reabsorbs the treated veins. Its best to discuss your concerns with your dermatologist and follow the recommended treatment. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing and to wear compression stockings as recommended to decrease swelling and heal faster.

Hi, I had sclerotherapy done on Wednesday last week. My veins look a lot worse, they as re purple and more visible, there is no brusing and they are also quite sore to the touch/I can feel tiredness in my legs. My doctor said I may have had an allergic reaction to the therapy because I am on holiday in a hot country (Brazil) and prescribed me an antihistamine. Will the veins eventually fade or will I need more treatment?

Bruising and discomfort after sclerotherapy are natural which normally resolves within a few days. But since you said your veins look worse and are more visible after the procedure could indicate a complication. It's good that you have already spoken with your doctor, but still experiencing discomfort or have any concerns, follow up with them promptly.

In some cases the veins may fade on their own over time, but if the issue is related to the sclerotherapy procedure, additional treatment can be needed. Its best to follow up with your doctor to discuss your options and determine the best treatment.
