If you have a varicocele but have no pain or infertility symptoms then surgery may not be necessary. If its causing discomfort or affecting fertility.. surgery may be recommended then. You must consult a qualified urologist.

RespectedSir / madam Last time my period was started on 09 January and last on 11 january. I have done relation with my friend on 10th January unfortunately without protection. Sir is there any chance of pregnancy. Because 09 is my period start time today is 08 but there is no symptoms of periods. Please sir help

If you had unprotected sex during your fertile window, there's possiblity that you could be pregnant. But also the absence of period symptoms does not necessarily mean that you are pregnant. The only way to confirm a pregnancy is to take a pregnancy test or check with a gynec.

What does BETA HCG level of 30187.00 indicate?

A Beta HCG blood test measures the levels of the hormone produced by the placenta during pregnancy. It likely indicates that you are pregnant and that the pregnancy is probably progressing as expected. Discuss the results with your gynecologist for more information and recommendations.

I have end-stage osteoarthritis of both ankles, making it painful to walk. I am interested in getting stem cell therapy. If it has proven successful in osteoarthritis of the ankles success to be would been reduced pain and increased mobility. Two years ago I hiked often and I miss my active lifestyle

Stem cell therapy for osteoarthritis is a promising treatment option, but it's important to understand that it is still considered an experimental treatment and its long-term effects are not fully known. It may help reduce pain and improve your quality of life. So consult the best hospitals and doctors for a good stem cell treatment.

Hello, my doctor prescribed me high blood pressure medication for my insomnia and I seen somewhere where it’s dangerous to take high blood pressure medicine without actually having it And I’m wondering if it will effect me

High bp medication is usually not prescribed if your bp is normal. The medication lowers bp and if its already normal, it can cause your bp to drop too low, which can lead to complications such as dizziness or fainting. In some cases medications used to treat high bp may also have sedative or calming effects, which is why your doctor may have prescribed it for your insomnia.

Hello i ma student and due to excess masturbate i lose self confidence and somehow i also can't control urine and due to i can't go out to attend my classes

Its common to experience negative effects on self-esteem and confidence due to excessive masturbation. Although, masturbation is a normal and healthy sexual activity and it's unlikely to cause physical problems like urinary incontinence. If you're experiencing urinary incontinence then consult a urologist for evaluation.

i am having excessive hair fall for last 6 months

It can be the result of heredity, hormonal changes, medical conditions or a normal part of aging. Anyone can lose hair on their head, but it's more common in men. Baldness typically refers to excessive hair loss from your scalp. Hereditary hair loss with age is the most common cause of baldness. Now a days PRP treatment is best option to treat hair issues all above causes.

Ma'am, I am suffering from endometriosis/chocolate cyst. I have been on Dienogest 2mg medicine for more than a month but still bleeding for 15 days straight. Neither heavy bleeding nor spotting, its something in between. Is there any permanent cure for chocolate cyst or pregnancy is the only solution? I am unmarried. Kindly enlighten me if there is any permanent solution for the same.

Yes with Dienogest it can take several months to be effective. If bleeding continues, speak with your doctor who may perform additional tests or adjust your medications. Doctors can recommend surgery in severe cases or when other treatments have not been effective. Talk to your gynecologist beacuse pregnancy is not a permanent solution for endometriosis or chocolate cysts.
