My period has gone from 6 days to 2 or 3 days for the past 2 months. I am 18 years old, i take birth control for hormonal reasons, Wellbutrin (150mg) for depression, Vyvanse (60mg) for ADHD and Buspirone (15mg) for anxiety. I have a medical history of endometriosis, tension headaches, and anemia. I want to know why my periods are shorter than usual.
Changes in the duration of your menstrual period can be affected by medications, hormonal imbalances, and medical conditions. Consult a gynecologist to evaluate your specific situation and determine the cause of your shorter duration of periods.

We have swineflu and my GP Prescribed me mypaid forte, 2 pills 3 times a day. I allready had my pills For the evening, but I forgot I took it. Then now walking past it for some reason I took another one - but as I swallowed 1 pull I realised that I allready took this pill. Is it dangerous? I tried to vomit but could not get it out.
Taking an extra dose of medication, especially in this case, can be potentially dangerous and may lead to overdose or adverse reactions. Swine flu is a serious viral infection, and taking medication as prescribed is crucial for proper treatment. However, taking more than the prescribed dose can lead to harmful side effects.

Do my son need shunt surgery
I cannot provide personalized medical advice or diagnose online. If you are concerned about your son's health and whether he needs shunt surgery, consult with a professional pediatrician or a neurosurgeon. Shunt surgery is recommended for individuals with hydrocephalus or other conditions that cause an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the brain, leading to increased pressure and damage to brain tissue.

Mild to moderate numbness that comes and goes on right side of head and behind ear. It's been going on for 2+ hours.
Seek immediate medical attention from a neurologist to determine the cause, as it could be related to factors, some of which may require prompt evaluation and treatment. Don't ignore concerning symptoms, especially if they are accompanied by weakness, difficulty speaking, severe headache, or changes in vision.

I smoked a cigarette recently today that I had burnt the cigarette butt to where it noticeably shrunk/burnt the filter to the point where you could see the inner part of the filter. I'd say probably less than half way through the entire filter, and smoked some, but not much of the cigarette. Should I be concerned for bad symptoms or long term that might come up later or soon?
Smoking is a known risk factor for various serious health conditions. Smoking any part of a cigarette, especially one that has been altered or partially burned, can be harmful to your health.

If I have HPV (anal warts) can I share a bed with people? I always sleep with underwear on. My warts have disappeared now (as far as I can tell), and I have a friend coming with whom I was going to share a bed (with same bedsheets etc), but now I am worried about infecting him.
If you have had HPV (anal warts), you must take precautions to avoid spreading the infection to others. HPV is highly contagious, so it's best to avoid direct skin-to-skin contact and sexual activities. Consider using separate beds and practice good hygiene to reduce the risk of transmission. Consult a urologist for personalized advice and guidance.
