Hello, I am writing from Iran and because my English is not good, I have to use translation I have L1, L2, and L3 lumbar disc that presses on the nerve of the left leg, which causes pain exactly in the axillary area facing the outside of the thigh and the middle of the thigh, and after 60 sessions of physical therapy, I still have the same pain. Actually, my pain goes away with electrical devices, but it keeps coming back
If the Lumbar disc issues are causing nerve compression, consult an orthopedic specialist or neurologist, for a comprehensive assessment and to discuss further treatment options, which might include therapies, medications, or surgery based on their evaluation.

My boyfriend and i had unprotected sex, and i missed my period last month and this month as well, but i did pregnancy test and it came out negative 4 times, i don’t know what’s happening
Despite taking four pregnancy tests that came out negative, it's still possible that the tests were taken too early or there could be other factors affecting your menstrual cycle, like stress or hormonal imbalances. It's best to consult a gynecologist for proper guidance and conduct a blood test for pregnancy.

Can I take painkillers (like ibuprofen or acetaminophen?) for period cramps, if I'm on fluoxetine?
Generally ibuprofen and acetaminophen can be used for period cramps. However, if you're taking fluoxetine, an antidepressant, it's important to consult your doctor or pharmacist before using pain relievers to ensure there are no potential interactions or risks. They can provide personalized guidance based on your situation.

Hi I was ovulating and had sex and took a plan b and still got my period could I be pregnant
If you took plan B after having sex during ovulation, got your period, and experienced no unusual symptoms, it's unlikely you're pregnant. Plan B reduces the chances of pregnancy by preventing or delaying ovulation. However no contraception is 100% effective, so taking a pregnancy test or consulting a gynecologist is a good idea if you're still concerned.

I have been having discomfort in my right lower abdomen for 3 weeks. When it started, I woke up with abdominal pain and went to breakfast, but during it I could barely keep from throwing up. All that day I felt a little nauseous and my stomach hurt on sudden movements (also my stomach made noises). The next day the pain became more constant and intensified. I could not straighten up without pain in my lower abdomen. That day I went to the doctor with a suspicion of appendicitis. I was palpated, but was told that it was not clear exactly and told to come back the next day. The next day the pain was less, the doctor palpated me again and I had an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that I had an enlarged kidney bowl and lymph nodes. I was admitted to the hospital but did not know which department (first they wanted to put me in urology but in the end they put me in the infectious diseases department for some reason). Also, the blood tests when I first came to the hospital had elevated white blood cells. I was discharged after 2 days and have been home for 3 weeks now (I have been on a diet and drinking 1.5 litres of water a day not counting tea) but the discomfort in my right lower abdomen sometimes returns
Your symptoms could be caused by various factors. Although appendicitis was initially suspected, your diagnosis seems unclear. The enlarged kidney and lymph nodes seen in the ultrasound could suggest urinary or infection-related issues. With your ongoing discomfort, it's advisable to follow up with your gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

2 nights ago, I was going to have sex with my boyfriend. for 1-2 minutes he had a condom on, but it was too small and wasn’t working well. so we were going to have unprotected sex. we did this for about 30 second to a minute before he stopped, and said he couldn’t get hard enough. then we stopped completely. he didn’t finish, and was no where near being finished. but it was my first time ever having sex, so I'm nervous about it. and wondering if I could possibly be pregnant , or if I should take a plan b
The risk of pregnancy from unprotected intercourse increases if there is ejaculation, but it's still possible to conceive even without ejaculation. Consider taking a pregnancy test to confirm.
