Good evening sir, my relative consulted a doctor they said the alveolar bone is resorbed and to remove the mandibular central and lateral incisors is there any chance to regenerate the alveolar bone and to preserve the natural teeth please suggest
bone grafting around that area can be done, but prognosis is not so great

Had molar extraction done need instant denture
Usually you need to wait for 2 weeks and then go for any sort of denture. The healing of the extraction site should be proper, then only any denture should be given. But, if still the healing is not good after 2 weeks, dentist can ask you to wait for few more days and might put you on multivitamins.

I am 30 years old and i am suffering from severe pain occurring in the upper central incisor after i got my teeth 26,38&46 filled. I went to dentist again to find the reason for the pain but got no proper answer she just prescribed me Enzoflam but the problem is my upper and lower incisors are hitting each other and i am not even able to eat and painkiller is doing no wonder its been couple of days.
