I am 35 yrs old male and I have problem with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. Is there any treatment for this problem
A routine brain MRI with attention to the internal auditory meatus should be requested in acute cases where no cause is detected and idiopathic origin is assumed. These individuals are usually started on oral corticosteroids with a prednisone dose of 1 mg/kg/day (max 60 mg/day) for seven days and then decreased during the following week.
Hearing aids, of which there are many sorts, are the basis of treatment in chronic situations. Even in mild or severe cases of presbycusis, hearing aids are beneficial to the majority of patients. [19] There is no way to restore former hearing thresholds, and due to psychosocial comorbidities, audiological rehabilitation support is especially necessary in these patients.
The most prevalent equipment for treating hearing loss are traditional behind-the-ear air conduction hearing aids.
Hearing aids with bilateral microphones and contralateral signal routing (BiCROS) are similar, but a microphone also helps the better hearing ear on the same side.

What nasal decongestant is safe during pregnancy
Best is to take nasal decongestant sprays for a short duration as prescribed by your physician. It's locally acting, quick relief and negligible amount is absorbed into the circulation.

My mother aged 43 is getting blood from her throat sometimes during nights when she sleep with AC and good night machine
Experiencing occasional blood from throat during sleep needs proper evaluation by a specialist. It could be due to dryness, nasal congestion, or throat irritation. In the meantime, keeping the air humidified and avoiding throat irritants may offer some relief.

Ear Pain from Headphones: Immediate Relief Tips
You may have developed an ear infection from wearing headphones too often. The pain near your jaw and ear could signal this issue. Prolonged headphone use can sometimes trap bacteria, leading to infections. Take a break from using headphones, and try applying a warm cloth to the affected ear area. However, if the discomfort persists, it would be wise to consult an ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

Mysterious Ear Condition: Seeking Medical Advice
The undescriable THING on your ear could be a cyst.. Cysts can appear at any age, and they are usually benign. However, you should consult a doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
