I am 19 years old … I see blood in my stool … started 2020 I took enterogermina 2020,then December 2021 took tinizol and doxycycline 2021 and I was given Clarthrime and Bonso pile tablet January 2024 but a doctor changed it and told me to take ciprotab instead but today I happened to see blood again I am constipated , I take milk a lot , and I always have bad cramps so I take ibuprofen every month but not more than 2 a month
I recommend seeking medical attention from a gastroenterologist to properly evaluate the cause of the bleeding and develop a treatment plan. Not recommended to self-treat without consulting a doctor, as this can lead to antibiotic resistance and may not address the issue. Additionally taking ibuprofen frequently for menstrual cramps can also lead to gastrointestinal problems.

So apparently whenever I eat I feel like throwing up and I 'vent had my period in two months but no I'm not pregnant again just recently I was diagnosed with ulcer so what could be the problem?
It can be beacuse of hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, infections, or even medication side effects. Feeling nauseous after eating and missing periods may be because of ulcer. And due to ulcer gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea or vomiting, after eating is happens. Kindly check with a gastroentrologist.

Hello Doctor, 2 calculi of size12.4mm and 7.3mm have been noted in gal bladder one in fundus and other in neck respectively in ultrasound. I am having issue of pain in abdomen and back and nausea and headache. After the results of ultrasound what will be further treatment required. And also want to know if still endoscopy is required after detection in ultrasound?
Based on the ultrasound results, it seems that you have gallstones in your gallbladder, which is causing abdominal and back pain, nausea, and headache. And endoscopy is not required to diagnose or treat gallstones. But in some cases, an endoscopic ultrasound is used to get a better view of the gallbladder and surrounding structures. I recommend consulting with a gastroenterologist or a surgeon for further evaluation and treatment options.

I am 34 years old. I am suffering from anal itching. I have hemorrhoid but not too severe.
Anal itching is happening due to the hemorrhoids itself. Maintaining good hygiene, using over-the-counter creams or ointments, and avoiding straining during bowel movements can help alleviate symptoms. Still it's always best to consult with a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Pancreas problem and fatty liver
Pancreas problems and fatty liver are two separate medical conditions that can occur independently or sometimes in association with each other. In some cases, more advanced treatment may be necessary. For example, advanced fatty liver disease may lead to cirrhosis, which may require a liver transplant. For pancreas problems, surgery may be necessary in some cases.
Consult with a gastroenterologist or a hepatologist to find out what is the problem exactly.
