I didn't go through a surgery, I don't have diabetes and neither do i take medication of any kind. But I have the symptoms of retrograde ejaculation. Why?
Retrograde ejaculation, where semen goes into the bladder instead of out, can occur without surgery, diabetes, or medication use. Possible causes include nerve damage, anatomical issues, certain substances, infections, or psychological factors. Please consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

3.3 cm left kidney stone kya sargery karana hoga
A 3.3 cm kidney stone is considered relatively large, and whether surgery is required depends on several factors. It's crucial to consult a urologist who can evaluate your condition, conduct necessary tests (such as imaging and urine analysis), and discuss treatment options tailored to your situation. Surgery is one potential option, but it may not always be the first choice, and less invasive methods could be considered based on your individual circumstances.

I was born with hypospadias and had the surgury when I was a little kid. I'm 31. My pee hole was located on under side of penis head and the doctors cave me another hole a quarter inch higher closer to the tip of penis. I urinate out of both and the stream connect into one right away. My wife wants to try urethral sounding. Can I do it. Which hole should be used if so.
Given your history of hypospadias surgery and a unique urethral condition, make a cautious decision with urethral sounding. Consult a urologist to assess your anatomy and provide guidance on safety and which opening to use, as this activity carries potential risks if not done carefully.

Good day, can years of masturbating cause permanent penis damage? Also can it cause venous leak? Or can it permanently damage penis tissue or muscles? I realize that I’m having difficulties maintaining an erection during sex. What should I do?
Masturbation is normal and healthy sexual activity for most people and normally does not cause permanent damage to the penis. But excessive or aggressive masturbation may lead to temporary discomfort, such as soreness. Its impt to practice moderation and use lubrication if needed to avoid excessive friction.
