My friend is 44 years old woman. She's bleeding for many days from anus. Now she is bleeding continuously for 2 to 3 hours and she's also having a burning sensation in stomach and she is feeling to vomit

Female | 44

Your friend might be having a serious issue like internal bleeding. The bleeding from the bottom, stomach burning, and feeling sick could mean something is wrong inside her tummy. She needs urgent medical help to figure out what's happening and get the right treatment to stop the bleeding.

Recently I done my gall bladder operation after that I'm suffering from weird water thaili & that can't stop yet doctor said I used to stent for it what should I do know I'm very confused please guide me

Male | 64

This may be bile duct stenosis where your bile duct gets narrowed. When this happens, it can block up and cause those symptoms you’re feeling. The kind of stent the doctor was talking about is a tiny tube placed in there to keep that passage open. You must follow everything he says about this and any other treatments they give you. Keep in touch with your doctor so that they can help manage things properly for you.

I have severe pain in anal during motion from yesterday. I am not able to find it's anal fissure or fissurei,

Male | 24

It is recommended to make an appointment with a gastroenterologist or a proctologist and to do all necessary tests to get a definite diagnosis for your condition. Hard pain in the perianal area during the defecation is caused by different diseases like anal fissures or hemorrhoids.

I am a female, fell during loose motion & my head hit the floor, have taken some stomach medicine before that incident

Female | 40

It's important to get evaluated by a neurologist or an emergency physician if you hit your head after falling. Even seemingly mild head injuries can sometimes have serious consequences, so it's best to seek medical attention promptly. They can assess for any potential concussion or head injury and provide appropriate guidance based on your symptoms and medical history.

Hello. Two weeks ago, during weight training, I had a sudden pain in my lower abdominal. It was so painful that I could not move. I thought it might be cramping, but it worsened every second and in addition, I did not have any period for almost 4 months. I am 15 years old. Though, earlier in the morning before I had this unexpected pain, I had a little spotting. I have then been to the emergency room, where after 3 hours my pain stopped. I have been suspected with a small cyst rupture, however, there was no evidence indicating that the cyst had ruptured. We have done both lab works and an ultrasound and everything was absoultly normal. It is also important to mention that I had a cyst a year ago, but then it disappeared as we did another ultrasound, but for the last year I did not check it. 3 days after my pain, I have done another ultrasound and everything was fine. Another thing to mention, during the day I was at the ER, I came home and I had straight blood when I peed. The next day everything was absolutely normal without any spotting neither red or brown, everything was clear. Since then I have been having pain when I am doing sports activities and when my lower abdomendan is touched. (both left and right side). However, in the last couple days I have been having servere pain in my upper left abdomonen. When I had that terrible pain, it was mainly on the left side. Currently I am having severe pain on my upper left side, and additionally I always have a pain of hunger that feels as my stomach is sore and burns. What is going on? Can it be related to a spleen? Gastritis? Maybe there was not cyst burst?

I got a swallowing bump at the top of my butox what can I do to make it go down

Male | 38

I would suggest that you see a gastroenterologist who will give you the right medical help and care. A lump at the top of your buttocks that's more difficult to swallow could suggest any condition, including a perianal abscess or a pilonidal cyst.

Albendazole is a common treatment, yet sometimes it falls short. If you still see worms after taking it, don't be afraid. Doctors might suggest a different medication or extend the treatment duration.
