What to do for post-gallbladder stent complications?

Patient's Query

Recently I done my gall bladder operation after that I'm suffering from weird water thaili & that can't stop yet doctor said I used to stent for it what should I do know I'm very confused please guide me

Answered by Dr. Samrat Jankar

This may be bile duct stenosis where your bile duct gets narrowed. When this happens, it can block up and cause those symptoms you’re feeling. The kind of stent the doctor was talking about is a tiny tube placed in there to keep that passage open. You must follow everything he says about this and any other treatments they give you. Keep in touch with your doctor so that they can help manage things properly for you.

I need to know why I'm hungry with no appetite. Lately when i eat food i get disgusted by it and stop eating it. Or I don't eat at all. I by food all the time but when its time to eat it it's like a drag so I either give it away or throw it out.

Female | 19

Loss of appetite and feeling disgusted by food can be caused due to stress or anxiety, medications or digestive issues. Consult with your doctor to determine the main cause and receive appropriate treatment.

i have pain in abdomen .

Female | 25

Stomach pain is no fun. It might seem like a small issue, but it could indicate something serious. It could be just gas or something you ate that disagreed with you. Or maybe it's a bug going around. But don't ignore it—conditions like appendicitis require medical attention. Stay hydrated and eat bland foods. If the pain persists or worsens, see a doctor. While belly aches are common, some need treatment.

The fever and bitter tongue suggest that your condition has worsened. I recommend that you consult a gastroenterologist soon for thorough assessment and management.

Dr sahab mere pet ke center mai dard or jalan or और एक गांठ या पतली नस अंगुली से दबाने पर लग रही है दर्द और जलन लगातार रहता है।

Your symptoms suggest that you may have an abscess. It’s a collection of pus that causes pain, swelling, and heat. The lump or rope you feel might be part of the abscess. You need to see a doctor about this as soon as possible so they can treat it correctly. Abscesses usually have to be cut open by a doctor to let them heal underground.

Can I smoke weed 3 weeks after gallbladder removal?

Female | 26

After gallbladder surgery, it's important to focus on taking care of yourself. While it might be tempting, it's best to avoid using cannabis during your recovery. The compounds in marijuana could slow down your healing and make you feel worse. Instead, stay hydrated, eat a healthy diet, and follow your doctor's advice to recover well.
