Why is my tongue sour and white?

Hi doc..i have this sour and white taste toungue for few months.scrap it off the next day it comes back..is it due to smoking and alcohol user..i dont have this problem before..ols help

You have a white sour taste in your mouth that won't go away even after scraping it off. According to my experience, this might be caused by smoking or alcohol which irritates the mouth hence this recurring problem. To solve this problem, reduce smoking and taking alcohol. Ensure that your teeth are always clean and don’t forget to scrape your tongue. If this doesn't work out for you then I would advise you to visit a dentist who will further guide you on what to do.
