Hi doctors please i need help, before 20 days on my panis glans itching, redness,and rushed,smegma also and I buy cream from local pharmacy ELICA - M, mometasone furoate 0.1 % w/w,miconazole nitrate 2% w/w ,external use only can I use on my panis glans please reply as soon as possible

I(22f) lost 20 kgs in 2022 and since then I am suffering from hairfall. I got blood test 2 months ago and I was deficient in vit d(9.44mg/ml) and iron(30). Doctor prescribed 60000iu shots twice weekly and a tablet for daily with additional 1000iu. Also taking iron supplement. For 2-3 weeks ny hair fall came down to 10-15 strans but slowly started increasing and now at 2 months it's more than 100 per day. Before starting supplements it was 40-50. What happened?
