Is Masturbation Causing Pain in My Left Hip?

Hi. Im 22 years old male. I wanted to ask whenever I masturbate, i start to feel pain inside my left hip. And it keeps getting worse at night and if again I masturbate next day, it keeps getting more and more worse. It's not getting away. I take Dicloran 100mg tablet and it keeps me pain free for 1 day only but after 1 day pain again comes. Sometimes pain also appears in my front area but mostly it feels in deep inside hip.
