i am 17 year old boy . i have drug resistance tb in lungs so, i want to ask that can i take creatine and whey protein as i am doing gym

This can cause symptoms such as coughing, chest pains, and coughing up blood. Persons under TB medication are not encouraged to use creatine or whey proteins since it alter how the body responds to the drugs. Concentrate on the treatment plan provided by your doctor and also eat a balanced diet that will help in fighting the infection. Continue going to the gym but don’t take any supplements that may affect the healing process of TB within your body.
