What happens when one lacks certain nutrients is that they might feel fatigued easily, become weak, or even lose their hair among other things. One way through which this trend can be reversed would involve taking fruits and vegetables in plenty to raise vitamin levels while at the same time making sure that you don’t gain excess weight. Another method would be including foods like leafy greens; and citrus fruits within your meals
