Do I need to worry about ear redness, irritation, and bump?

I am a 28 year old female who has had itching, pain and a full feeling inside of both of my ears for about 2 months. I thought it was earwax build-up so I bought an ear camera and my ears are clear, but they are both very red and irritated and there is a small bump in front of my left ear drum. I don't really have the funds for a Dr so I just want to confirm that it's not something serious

You could have an infection if you have itching, pain, and redness. Also, the small bump you mentioned near your left eardrum might indicate this. Although infections may resolve spontaneously, you should not ignore them. Clean your ears gently and avoid putting objects into them. If the symptoms worsen or fail to go away, visit an ENT specialist.
