Possible Miscarriage After Morning After Pill

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on 13 October 2023. I drank morning after pill the following morning then I skipped my periods for 2 months then started bleeding for 14 days in December 2023 Could this be a miscarriage without me knowing I was pregnant

I had my last period on the 3rd Jan. I have a 25-day cycle with 4 days of bleeding. I had sex on the 13th I had a pill within one hour and then on the 15th of that month, I took a pill within one hour,just as a precaution.I started a light bleed from 20th to 25th Jan.The expected period date was 30th Jan of the month. But, I still have not got it.

Endometrial thickness measures 5.6 mm Right ovary measures - 52.7 * 19.6 * 42.2mm volume- 22.8 cc Left ovary measures - 45.5 * 23.2 * 44.4 mm, volume - 24.5 cc Both ovaries are slightly bulky in size and shows mild increase in stromal echoes with multiple small follicles of size 3-5mm. No dominant follicle noted in either side. No adnexal mass lesion seen. No free fluid in POD. Both iliac fossae appear normal and there is no obvious evidence of bowel mass or bowel wall thickening present. IMPRESSION: Few echogenic particles in the urinary bladder lumen. Suggested urine routine correlation Small uterine fibroid. Polycystic appearance in both ovaries. Suggested follow up & clinical correlation

Hello, Dr.! My girlfriend and I had a sexual encounter. We had oral sex and fingered each other. However, our genitals accidentally touched two or three times for a few seconds each. There was no penetration during the deed; just the Penis touched the vulva; there was no rubbing or ejaculating anywhere near her (I ejaculated 5-10 mins after the touching of our genitals). Hello doctor . I am male 22 years old . I necer had any kind of sexual relations before . Just before three years from now i had deep kissing with a girl who i don’t know her hiv status . Can i take the virus by this way ? This year i performed 2 antibody tests that were negative result but test were not from fourth generation .
