Tab. Fenak Plus is an anti-inflammatory medication that you have taken for your back pain. Lower back pain can be of two types mechanical (activity-related / mechanical pain) or an inflammatory low back pain seen in patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Painkiller tablets will help in both, but what’s important to differentiate is the type of back pain present, which can be done on evaluation of the patients based on their history and physical examination.
