You may have peripheral neuropathy, a nerve disorder. Your hands and feet feel hot, irritated. Other symptoms: numbness, tingling, burning. Diabetes is a common cause. But vitamin deficiencies or nerve damage could be reasons too. Keep feet cool, wear comfy shoes. Treat any underlying health issues. See a dermatologist for diagnosis and proper treatment.
