Pregnant Symptoms: Swollen Feet, Leaking Boobs, and Kicking

Pregnant! By how many months? I have had swollen feet, boobs are producing milk already(leaking), allot of pressure on bladder, allot of kicking. Cant afford to do ultrasound. This is 4 pregnancy now

From what you've shared, it seems you're around 7 to 8 months pregnant. Swelling feet and breasts producing milk are normal late in pregnancy. The baby pushing down on your bladder and kicking frequently also happen this far along. But to know exactly how far along you are and make sure everything is OK, see a gynecologist. Remember to drink lots of water and take care of yourself.
