Ground glass opacification in the right lower lobe: This refers to an area in the lung that appears hazy or cloudy on the CT scan. It can indicate various conditions, such as inflammation, infection, or early stages of lung disease.

Subpleural nodule in the right lung: This refers to a small abnormality or growth detected in the right lung, near the outer lining of the lung. The exact nature of the nodule would need further evaluation to determine if it is benign (non-cancerous) or potentially malignant (cancerous).
