There is surrounding hypodense perilesional edema. No mass effect is seen on right lateral ventricle. No calcific or haemorrhagic densities are observed. Findings are likely suggestive of an underlying neoplastic etiology. Suggest: Contrast MRI brain with spectroscopy evaluation for characterisation. Rest of the brain parenchyma is normal in attenuation. Gray-white matter differentiation
