I am a 20 year old female and I believe I am suffering of sinus issues at the moment. I feel a lot of fullness and pressure around my eyes, nose and forehead. I am also suffering of mid-back where the kidneys would be located. The pain sometimes feels dull, but moreover the pain feels like a burning sensation but I believe this can be cause due to the lack of water in take. I am willing to listen to opinions and get more information on what I am feeling and get methods on how to treat it.

1.Regarding the lingering issue, Knee Pain! After above 4 months not yet detected the reason for the pain? Is it muscle cramp, HISTORY 1. Used to have tiredness in leg while standing or sitting for a long time (both legs). At times little pain on the back of the right leg knee. 2. Projected Vein Blue Colour on leg ( Varicose Vein ? ) More on Left Leg but knee pain on right leg So far doctors ruled out pain due to Varicose) -3. After retirement, started regular exercise, mainly walking + some minor aerobic exercise from August 2022 onwards lasted till about November 2022. Earlier able to sit comfortably on "Padmasana”. Later started getting leg pain in that pose. 3. On November 2022, felt calf pain on Right Leg. Initially suspected Sciatica since my husband had the same.4. Did some exercise for Sciatica as advised by some doctors on You Tube. Pain aggravated. On 30-11-22 did an Arthritis Profile check + Some blood tests. Found D3 Deficient. Not many other issues found the blood test. 5. Shooting pain – on right leg calf muscle. Consulted Ortho Dr. on 02-12-22. 6.5/12/22 LEG XRAY (knee) done – Not much issue (mild osteoarthritic changed … mild reduction …. joint space) Not much issue found-a. Doctor Ruled out spine issues + b. TABLETS D SHINE – 60000IU (1 tab per week) + NICE JEL +MANY SUCH BALMS + ZERODOL-P TABLET (Aceclofenac (100mg & Paracetamol-325mg)-6 Nos + ZIX-MR TABLET (Aceclofenac 100mg & Thiocolchicoside-4mg)6 Tabs + T Pan 40mg Tablet .c. PHYSIO THERAPY (Ultra Sonic 10 days+ Calf Pain got shifted to one side of the knee. 7. 07/12/22 / Right lower limp V Doppler Study of Right Leg – No issues found. 8. Some AYURVEDA (Sahacharadi Kashayam + Shallice Tablets + Mortal Forte) + 9. Did More PHYSIO THERAPY (10 Days) (+ USM + IFT+MHT+LASER+ HEAT) Pain mainly localised in one place i.e., side of knee. Later though not so acute but pain around the knee.10. 13-01-23- Another Doctor - Another Ortho Hospital – D3 IM S.C INJECTION (Arachitol 6L) +HEEL SUPPPORT GEL for shoe) (later felt discomfort & discontinued) +2 Tablets -NUCOXIA 90 ETORICOXIB _ +Advised Exercises (heel press) + Advised steroid if agreed – but not taken so far. 11. 28-01-2023- Again- Another Doctor , some More Medicines: - a. PROLAGE PLUS TABLET (Calcium+ osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis) 30 Tablets b.ALTRADAY CAP (Aceclofenac 200mg) & Rabeprazole 20mg)- 10 Tablet. c.DOLO TH 4 TABLET (PARACETAMOL-500MG & THIOCOLCHICOSIDE-4MG- 7 Tablets d.Some more exercises advised – All done & consumed – No result.12. Also did some self- medication “Combination Homeo “medicine from 14-02-23. till now 13.Using an `Ultrasonic Machine for home use on pain points. 3 places around knee.14. Then some ayurvedic massage from on knee 9 days till 08-03-23.15. Then consuming- Lupin Colvise Capsule (Avocado soy unsaponifiables+ collagen type II+Glucosamine hydrochloride+Chondroitin) – 10 Tablets so far.16. End : Medicines taken plenty + Met many a doctors + >3 Months are over (a).Result - Pain though reduced remains there around the knee and still get aggravated on little prolonged sitting, walking, standing. 17.IS IT MUSCLE CRAMP, LIGAMENT, SOME TYPE OF ARTHRITIS, PAD, DVT, SCIATICA.? What are the remining tests to be done ‘before advising some more medicines?
