I am an epileptic and take Levetiracetem tablet IP epicure 500 , can I take I the ipill after 48 hours as a precautionary mesasure.
There are no interactions seen between the oral contraceptive pill containing levonorgestrel and the levetiracetam. So, normal dose of contraceptive preparations can be used in patients on levetiracetam. For more information you can visit your nearest gynecologist.

My menstrual cycle is irregular and very long. Its vary every month from 35-45days. I had sex using a condom 13 days after the first day of my last period. The condom didn't broke or tear. After 6 days i am feeling breast soreness and mild pelvic pain. Am i pregnant?
The first sign of pregnancy is missing periods so u have to wait till you don’t get periods on your expected date , let 7 days pass by from the expected date , u can then do urine pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy. These are the earliest sign of pregnancy . You can also visit dermatologist near you for quick result

My baby is 75 days old I used to lots of breast milk but I got dried after a month and Iam getting drops of milk I want to relactate will relactating helps in getting sufficient milk for my baby if partial improvement also ok
If your breasts aren’t producing milk anymore, then you can rebuild your supply with relactation.
To begin, you will need to stimulate your nipples regularly by using a breast pump. That will trigger a hormone called prolactin which develops milk-making formations within your breast. Once milk secretion starts, removing the milk from the breast will encourage your breasts to produce more milk.

Hello I’m asmarizwan 31 years female !!! I’m pregnant after 13 years of first child!!! I had my bariatric surgery and get pregnant??? I want to know which doctor is good for me who can treat my pregnancy with gastric bypass surgery
One is considered fit to conceive 12-24 months after this surgery.
While prior history of gastric bypass surgery can create complications during pregnancy, but it has got nothing to do with the entire operation/care/other treatments related to pregnancy and conceiving.
So that surgery won't be used to treat pregnancy.
A gynecologist would guide you better, please refer our page - Gynecologists in Pune. Let us know your city so that we can provide better recommendations!

I'm having nausea from past 5 days I'm married for 3 months I missed my periods which was supposed to be on 11 and my pregnancy test is showing negative i don't have any sort of urine infection nor I eat food from outside I'm concerned as what iam supposed to do
This could be some gastric condition, but as you missed your periods, thus we think that you should first consult a gynecologist, and if they fail to provide appropriate diagonosis based on your symptoms, then go to a urologist, we think that it could be early symptoms of gastritis or dyspepsia, but we lack testing facilities and with limitations posed by virtual platform we think that it would be in your best interest to reach out to a practitioner in person.

Hi mera nasbandi poen karna hai to me kya karu mam please till me mam
From what we understand, you are enquiring about female sterilization, which is an operation that will permanently render you incapable of becoming pregnant.
Important things to keep in mind:
- For this operation, your fallopian tubes will be blocked or sealed, so as to stop the eggs from reaching the sperm and becoming fertilized.
- You will be supplied with either a general anesthetic, or local anesthesia at the time of treatment.
- You can also go for salpingectomy, that is tubes removal, if at all this particular treatment fails.
- It's advisable to not drive any vehicle for 48 hours post-operation and to wait for anesthesia and its effects to wean off.
- Depending on the type of sterilization, you may have to use contraceptives for few months leading up to this treatment, and post-treatment as well, but the doctor will inform you accordingly.
- Side effects: Temporary pain and bleeding.
On meeting the following conditions, you will qualify for this treatment:
- You should be between the age of 22 and 49.
- You should have been married at least once.
- You or your partner shouldn't have undergone this treatment in past (failed operations don't count).
- You should be in a sound state of mind so as to understand the consequences of this treatment and then make an informed decision.
- If you have some form of mental illness, then you must be certified by a psychiatrist, and your spouse/guardian must issue a statement in your favor regarding your sound-mindedness.
These are the risks that you can encounter following this treatment:
- Internal bleeding, infection or injury of other organs.
- Blocked tubes may rejoin immediately after the surgery is complete, or years later.
- If the operation fails, this may increase the risk of a fertilized egg implanting outside the womb (also known as ectopic pregnancy).
- Bad reaction to anesthesia.
We intend to bust common myths for the sake of your understanding:
- This treatment won't have any bearing on your sexual life, but you will not get pregnant.
- This won't affect your hormones or periods.
- It's advised that you use protection during sexual activities as this treatment won't make you immune from STDs.
- There is a procedure that can reverse this treatment or its intended outcome if you ever change your mind later on, but that reversal procedure may not have a good success rate. So don't go for this particular surgery, if you are confused or unsure about what you want, because the chances of it becoming undone are slim.
For more information, you can seek consultation from a specialist, find one using our page - Gynecologists in Mumbai, let us know about your city for better recommendations.

• The lack of menstruation, also known as amenorrhea, is the absence of menstrual bleeding. It occurs when a female does not get her first menstrual period by the age of 16. It can also happen when a woman does not menstruate for 3 to 6 months. Amenorrhea can occur for a variety of reasons.
• Pregnancy is the most prevalent reason.
• On the other hand, can be caused by a variety of lifestyle variables, including body weight and activity levels.
• Hormonal imbalances or difficulties with the reproductive organs may be the reason in some circumstances.

I am 20 yrs old, female My problem is that I had sex in dec and I had skipped my period , my exception date was 5 jan and I m facing very sticky discharge and white discharge also (creamy). I want to know is there any possibility of getting pregnancy. If no then What is the problem?
It is possible that you may be pregnant, although it is difficult to determine without taking a pregnancy test. It is also possible that the discharge you are experiencing is due to a different medical condition. If you are concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, it is best to take a pregnancy test to confirm. If the test is negative but you continue to experience the discharge, it is best to speak to your doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.
