Hi, I'm 21 years old, female and since September 2021 i have muscle weakness. It only occurs when i'm moving. When i chew, or walk too fast or if i brush my hair, my muscles get tired very quickly. if i sit or lay down in a certain position, my upper body starts getting kind of muscle ache. My muscle weakness is on my hole body, started on my neck, on my legs, arms and my upper body. When i rest, it gets better. The first symptoms occurs 3 days after i had an intoxication with crabs eye plant seeds. I have talked to my physician about it, blood test, especially muscle enzymes were normal. He said nothing further about it. I'm pretty sure, the muscle weakness comes from the intoxication, but i'm not sure what should i do now.

I am a 17-year-old female. I was recovering quite well from a mild knee ligament stretch from over 2 or 3 months ago. It was not fully recovered, though. Yesterday, I had an awkward fall and twisted my knee. It hurt, but after a couple of minutes, I was able to walk relatively normally. There is pain on the sides of thd knee when I fully straighten my knee or tighten it fully. I can still walk and climb stairs. Currently, I am elevating my knee above hip level. How much and how long should I limit my activities? What should I do? Will my injury heal wrongly? Will my cartilage come back fully?

Pain on the outer side of the knee when straightening or fully extending it could mean a sprain. Be sure to rest your knee, apply ice for 15-20 minutes several times a day, and keep it up above your hip level. Stay away from activities that make the pain worse. If it doesn’t get any better, make sure you get it checked out by an orthopedist so that it can heal properly and there won’t be any long-term issues.

I am 19 years old and is diagnosed with disc bulge. I am a gymnast and I’m suffering from a great deal of pain in lower back and glute folds and behind the knee for about 4 years now. Also poster deformity due to severe pain. I feel like something is holding by back and pelvic region. I know it gonna take time but everytime i or my nurse change the dressing it got bleed bec when i have to walk all wounds of my leg start bleeding maybe stretch of tissues i don't use that leg to walk. But even it bleed. I don't know what's to do. It's like whenever i do dressing the wound get damaged and bleed because the bandage gets to stick to it because of blood. I use megaheal or betadine for dressing but mostly bettadin because after doing dressing with megaheal it hey pus ( little bit ) in the wound it happens to wound on elbow and feet please tell how can I solve this. And lil bit sorry for the bad explanation. And thanks
