No surgery required in partial tear, under supervision of a good physio you will be back to normal. But before that a clinical examination is necessary.

ACL partial tear doesn't require surgery. If clinically you have instability in pivoting movements and on examination if ACL is torn (Positive Ant Lachman test), then you will require surgery.
Cost varies depending on the hospital and implants (Indian or Imported)

many factors are considered before deciding on surgery or conservative management. Just MRI finding is not enough. u need to consult orthopaedic sports surgeon so that he can assess u properly. if there is pivoting n lachman test positive n associated with other injuries u need surgery.

Acupuncture points help in rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) . Using the local and distal points in acupuncture, it helps in repair of ligaments and reduces the rehabilitation time.
Acupuncture combined with seed and magnet therapy, moxibustion have miraculously helped in treating ACL tear naturally I.e without surgery.
One can lead a normal life once a patient is pain free.
The treatment time depends on the severity of the patient but nonetheless 12- 15 sessions will be required which will help reduce the pain and repair the ligament. Further course of treatment can be advised post the knee scan.
