Answered by Dr. Anshul Parashar

No surgery required in partial tear, under supervision of a good physio you will be back to normal. But before that a clinical examination is necessary.

ACL partial tear doesn't require surgery. If clinically you have instability in pivoting movements and on examination if ACL is torn (Positive Ant Lachman test), then you will require surgery.

Cost varies depending on the hospital and implants (Indian or Imported)

I m 30 yrs old I have back pain for last 2yrs I took MRI scan 2 months back and treatment but still I have back pain

Male | 30

There are many different reasons why people get back pain. It could be because of a muscle strain or problems with your discs. Also, if you still have the pain even after getting an MRI done and treated for it then more tests need to be carried out. Make sure you talk about what’s been happening with your doctor because they’ll need this information to help figure out what would work best for you.

How to cope up sciatica ,that have been facing 3 months?

Male | 34

Did you consult with neurologist or orthopedist? If not then please do that. They can diagnose the underlying cause of the sciatica and provide appropriate treatment. Some self-care measures such as taking over-the-counter pain relievers, gentle stretching, and hot/cold compresses may also help to get rid of the symptoms. However, these measures should only be used under the guidance of a doctor.
