Dear ma'am, at present there are 3 clinical procedures to get rid of dark circles, you may read ahead to find out more:
Skin lightening creams: they are used to lighten the hyperpigmentation underneath your eyes.

It should be known that these things are quite usual and mostly innocent. They could be what is referred to as the Fordyce spots which simply put are oil glands. However, if there is any form of pain or itching accompanying them then it would be wise to see a medical practitioner who will advise accordingly. Hernias usually show themselves as bulges or swellings around the groin so there’s little chance they could be connected with the description of the said spots. To be sure, though, having them checked out by a healthcare provider would still do no harm!
