Carpal tunnel syndrome can also be brought on by a pregnant woman's palms and fingers. The nerve in the wrist is squashed, which is how carpal tunnel syndrome occurs. The high volume of swelling is a common cause of carpal tunnel syndrome in pregnancy. To treat the problem, you can hold your hand above your head, do hand exercises, or even consider wearing the splint while walking at night. It gets worse, visit an orthopedist.

Will I get better without surgery? Will I ever get back to normal? Will I ever be able to go back to the gym and cycling?
