I was diagnosed with lung melanoma 6 months ago. Doctor gave three suggestions immunotherapy, radiotherapy or just asked to wait for three months and then do a PET scan again. Am 49 years old. I got affected with Melanoma skin cancer 2 years back and doctors performed surgery to remove the tumor and for 2 years cancer did not come back, again last month I got a mole appeared in the same position and in biopsy it turned out to be melanoma again. Before my father had a chest wall tumour surgery, the report indicated spindle cell sarcoma,grade3 ,9.4cm on the chest wall. The resection margin is close to the tumour ,pathologic stage 2. They advised immunohistochemistry for futher definitive categorization of tumour. What treatments do you suggest?
