I am 29 years old female suffering from ringworm/ bacterial scalp infection. I have consulted family doctor. He suggested flucolab -150 and some other medicine too. I am worried about hair fall and bald patches on skin. Please recommend shampoo to reduce redness and infection

Bacterial infection and ringworm are two different things. Ringworm is fungal infection that presents rings generally over the areas where there is more sweating like thigh area, under the breast or armpit area and that is to be treated by anti-fungal medication for long time like 1-2 months. Bacterial infection is the one which is present with the puss and boils and has to be treated with antibiotics. Fungal infection on the scalp is very uncommon in adults and its only a problem of pre-school children. Proper diagnosis is required for the treatment to work. Consult a dermatologist for the same.

Hii Doctor.. I am a 24 yr old male. I am having pimples around my penile shaft. No itching or pain. When it pops a white discharge is coming out of it. (Same like when we pop pimples of face). Now a days these these small pimples are increasing.

The condition known as Fordyce spots may be what you are going through. The spots are of no concern, small white or yellowish bumps that can develop on the penis. They are often not itchy or painful and may sometimes release a white discharge when popped. Fordyce spots are normal and usually, no treatment is needed. But if you are worried, it is best to consult a dermatologist for more check-ups.
