hi im zarina 40 yrs old since few years i have neck and right hand pain but nowadays its pain is extremely and i did an xray can u assist me plz
Female | 40
You sound like you're in pain with your neck and right-hand issues. The X-ray procedure you suggested was an excellent way to find out what was wrong. The pain in your neck and right hand might be caused by muscle strain, poor posture, or even arthritis. You can do sciatic stretching, apply heat or ice packs, and exercise good posture to improve your health. If it remains, see an orthopedist for additional tests and therapy solutions.

Iam 24 year old female. I had a neckpain 2months ago and doctor gave me anti inflammatory and pain killers for a week. After completing it came worse again. Next doctor gave me moxikind cv 625 and it got cooled. Along with headache i gave eye vision problem
Female | 24
Some of these signs can sometimes be connected. Neck pain may lead to tension headaches which in turn might affect one’s vision. Maintaining a good posture, taking regular screen breaks, and performing exercises that strengthen the muscles of the neck and back can be beneficial. However, it is important to speak to an orthopedist should these symptoms persist.

You may have an abscess in the sacral region. It could lead to the formation of a sinus that discharges blood or pus. You may experience tenderness, local heat, or swelling around this place. Abscesses occur as a result of infections most of the time. It is important to visit an orthopedist immediately to incise and drain it then give antibiotics for treatment.

Sir mera kal se bohot fever ho raha hay or uske sath mera right leg bohot zyada full raha ha, lekin mere pyer mein koi chot nehi laga hay
Male | 21
Possible that you got an infection that can bring fever, and inflate your infected leg even when you are not injured. They are infectious illnesses that result when noxious bacteria infest us. Relax, take in plenty of fluids, and support your leg in an elevated position. See an orthopedic specialist for treatment.

Hi, I just got my results back from a lumbar MRI and it says I have buldging associated with anular tear discs L4 and L5. And deshidrated discs L4 and L5. What does this mean? Will I get better without surgery? Will I ever get back to normal? Will I ever be able to go back to the gym and cycling? Right now I feel tight and Im in pain no matter the position, it's hard to do normal day activities and to walk kinda long distances, I can't lift anything not even light things and can't bend forward. I WILL take the results to the doctor once I get my paycheck but I wanna get a 2nd opinion in the meantime. Thanks
Female | 26
If you have bulging or herniated discs in your lower back, it can cause pain and stiffness. This is usually due to aging, general “wear and tear,” or injury. Most of these problems can improve with physical therapy, rest, and pain medicine. Surgery may be needed in some cases. Visit an orthopedist to find out the treatment options.

Infection and fiber Leg
Female | 60
An infection occurs when harmful bacteria enter through a break in the skin. Usual signs are redness, pain, heat, or warmth there, and growth of the affected part. You should clean the wound properly, bandage it with a clean piece of cloth then visit a dermatologist if there is no change. Oral antibiotics are usually prescribed to be taken as prescribed. To prevent future occurrences, make sure that you keep that place clean too.

Index finger ki upar pain ho raha hai
Female | 21
Suppose your index finger experienced pain at the top, several explanations are possible: excessive typing or from activities like tossing a frisbee. At times, such pain might be due to an infection or injury. Give your finger rest and steer clear of the activities causing the pain to worsen. The application of ice packs can significantly reduce swelling and aches as well. If the pain doesn't get better or even becomes sharper, consult with an orthopedist.

I have bad pain in both shoulders while sleeping, can I take stem cell treatment
Male | 36
You seem to have a Frozen Shoulder, a condition when the shoulder joint tissue becomes tight, causing pain. Stem cell treatment research is ongoing, making it an uncommon solution currently. The advisable step is to consult an orthopedist for appropriate exercises, physical therapy, or medications. These can alleviate pain and enhance shoulder mobility.

I have broken a bone in my hand which was hit a month ago, but even after a month, the bone is not joint. There is also a plaster bandage on the hand.
Male | 27
It may take longer for the bone to heal if it has not done so after four weeks. Factors such as blood supply or movement at the site of the fracture can cause this. While you should keep the plaster cast on and avoid using the hand too much, it would also be best to visit an orthopedist again so that they can offer further advice on how to care for and ensure proper healing of the bone.

Sir I am suffering from shoulder disclocation coz of heavy load ... It's been one month now . Can I remove my strap now or do wear long to make it fully recovered. After watching some you tube video that's after some time it's dislocat again make me scared ???? I don't want to do surgery please advice me sir what to do
Male | 18
Shoulders can become dislocated again if they aren’t given enough time to heal completely. It would be best to continue using the brace so your shoulder receives more support. Taking it off prematurely might cause another dislocation. If you rest your shoulder adequately, then no surgery will be necessary.

I have tfcc injury about a 1 month which medicine is taken to treat this
Male | 23
Seeing an orthopedist and getting a full diagnosis and a treatment plan is the first thing I would advise you to do for the TFCC injury. The specialist would probably issue a script for painkillers, immobilization, and/or physiotherapy and surgery only if the damage is severe.

Mild pain in left testis and left leg
Male | 23
The pain might come from a varicocele, like a varicose vein in your testicle. It slows blood flow and causes aching. To help, wear supportive underwear and avoid standing too long. But if pain worsens or you notice swelling or changes in your testis, see a doctor. This rules out serious problems.

I am a 17-year-old female. I was recovering quite well from a mild knee ligament stretch from over 2 or 3 months ago. It was not fully recovered, though. Yesterday, I had an awkward fall and twisted my knee. It hurt, but after a couple of minutes, I was able to walk relatively normally. There is pain on the sides of thd knee when I fully straighten my knee or tighten it fully. I can still walk and climb stairs. Currently, I am elevating my knee above hip level. How much and how long should I limit my activities? What should I do? Will my injury heal wrongly? Will my cartilage come back fully?
Female | 17
Pain on the outer side of the knee when straightening or fully extending it could mean a sprain. Be sure to rest your knee, apply ice for 15-20 minutes several times a day, and keep it up above your hip level. Stay away from activities that make the pain worse. If it doesn’t get any better, make sure you get it checked out by an orthopedist so that it can heal properly and there won’t be any long-term issues.

Why does ac joint hurt?
Here are many things that can happen to the AC joint, but the most common conditions are arthritis, fractures and separations. Arthritis is a condition characterized by loss of cartilage in the joint, which is essentially wear and tear of the smooth cartilage that allows the bones to move smoothly. Like arthritis at other joints in the body, it is characterized by pain and swelling, especially with activity. Over time, the joint can wear out and get larger, with spurs forming around it. These spurs are a sign of the arthritis and not a cause of the pain. Reaching across the body toward the other arm aggravates arthritis at the AC joint. AC joint wear and tear is common in weight lifters, especially among those who bench press and to a lesser extent, military press. In weight lifters the arthritis at the AC joint has a special name — osteolysis.
