i am suffering from bone problem
Male | 29
You may have an issue with your bones. This could stem from lacking calcium or Vitamin D. When bones don't receive enough of those nutrients, they weaken. Pain sets in, making movement difficult. To combat this, consume calcium-rich foods like milk and yogurt. Eat leafy greens high in Vitamin D.

Which is the best implant for Hip Arthroplasty for a 50-year-old person. What is the cost of it?
As per my understanding you want to know which types of implant is best for hip arthroplasty. There are mainly two types of surgeries. Total hip replacement (also called total hip arthroplasty), in which the damaged bone and cartilage is removed and replaced with prosthetic components. The other type of surgery is hemiarthroplasty, which involves replacing half of the hip joint hip resurfacing and hip replacement. The choice of implant depends on the type of surgery. Consult an orthopedic - Best Orthopedic Doctor in India, who will help you to decide on the type of surgery required by the patient, and also the implant. Hope our answer helps you.

Hi i fell on the ground after taking a bath my left arm is hurting and when i twist on the right side it hurt even more still hurting when it's still.
Male | 16
The pain might occur the most when you turn in a clockwise direction. It could be due to a sprain or pull in the muscles or even a fracture in the bone. Your arm should be rested, iced, and worked without movement. If the pain doesn't go away, the best step to take would be to consult an orthopedist.

I have mild scoliosis is it treatable Is exercise is a good treatment for mild scoliosis
Male | 18
Mild scoliosis is when your spine curves sideways. This twisting condition can cause back discomfort, make one shoulder or hip higher than the other, and make you get tired faster. Exercising helps strengthen spine muscles, improving posture. So focus on stretches and strengthening moves for that curved spine. But remember, regular orthopedist checkups monitor scoliosis progress. They ensure the right steps are taken for your specific curve's treatment.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by my doctor as no other condition fits the symptoms. However I don’t believe it is correct as my pain areas are constant and not sore to touch. When I touch the pain area the pain is relieved. I have pain around my forehead, neck, traps on both sides. Then on the right side my lat, glute, hamstring and calf. I am fatigued all the time, muscles are either tensed or not activating. I’ve had this same pain every waking hour for 6 years. Does anyone know what this condition actually is?
Male | 31
According to the symptoms that you have mentioned, the most likely diagnosis to your muscle pain and fatigue is Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Which produces muscle pain and tenderness, similar to fibromyalgia, is among the symptoms of this condition. Muscles' trigger point gets developed, causing pain in different areas due to the compression against the nerves. The muscle would then become loosened up or weaker. The key features of this disorder include physical therapy sessions, injections of trigger point pressure, and a certain kind of drug guidance to manage stress.

Chest and back pain very hard
Female | 47
Chest and back pain together normally occur due to muscle strain. This can happen while doing everyday activities like lifting heavy things. Be sure to rest, and apply ice. Aspirin will ease the pain. If you are not sitting and lifting with a straight and proper posture, it may lead to chest and back pain as a result of muscle strain. If you still experience the same pain or it turns out to be severe, then it is necessary to visit an orthopedist.

Hi my Name is Neo am 22 years I have a problem Saturday night I got a knocked on a car door Sunday I experienced pains on my penis now it’s swollen nd it changed where am it’s bruised the skin is getting shinny.
Male | Neo
It seems like you might have hurt your penis while you got hit by the car door. Pain, swelling, and bruising are not unusual in this case. The glossy skin could be a sign of recovery. Make sure you get some rest, wear loose-fitting clothes, and use ice packs to bring down any swelling. If these symptoms get worse or do not improve it would be best to see a doctor as soon as possible.

I have pain in both hands(3 inches above and below the elbows) and legs(5 inches above and below the knees). Not bone pain as I feel good if I try to restrict my blood flow. I always wear knee and elbow caps for pain relief. As far I remember I'm suffering from this pain for almost 13-14 years. Currently, I'm 20 years, I'm was being told it was due to the growing stage. Earlier I had vitamin D level 7 but now it is 30 but still, the pain is not gone. I have pain almost daily, I will feel lucky I don't have pain that particular day. If I walk for long or stand or play, or do something intense then the intensity of the pain will be unbearable sometimes due to pain I can't even sleep at night. In my test report, I have everything normal. Tests I have done so far are ASO TITRE, Anti-Nuclear, CPR, HLA B profile, Anti-CCP, Phosphorus, CPK, URIC ACID, CALCIUM, GLUCOSE, VITAMIN D AND B-12, THS, CBC, Alkaline Phosphate, Potassium, LDH, Magnesium.

I've had pain in the sternum, top of left arm, left shoulder blade and ribs for months now. I'm 36. I'm seeing physio and noone really knows what it is! I had an ECG, fine. Bloods, pretty much ok. The back shoulder blade is now awful and constant!
Female | 36
You've been experiencing pain in the sternum, left arm, shoulder blade, and ribs. Such discomfort can have many sources, for instance, a muscle strain or inflammation. It is a happy occasion when the results, such as ECG and blood work, are in the normal range. Physiotherapy can be a solution for the everlasting pain in the shoulder blade. Visit an orthopedist suitable for treatment.

I have slight tendonitis in entire arm. I had an angiogram 10 days ago. After forearm and swelling subsided in a day or two, my tendinitis ramped up in pain. It's very uncomfortable. Especially in the bicep... is is from traveling
Male | 65
Your arm probably doesn't feel good after the angiogram. The tendinitis flared up from the procedure. It causes aching in the bicep area. Try applying ice packs and stretching gently. Also, give your arm a break. Consult the medical team if pain continues. They performed the angiogram, so they'll advise you properly.

I am 27 years old . During a month I suffered from knee pain and pooping sound coming from there . Even I noticed sounds coming from every joint.
Male | 27
You may be suffering from crepitus, a condition involving joints made from popping or cracking sounds. When the knee or another joint, like the knee, expands, you can hear the sound. This says that sometimes air bubbles may be in the joint space. Or the Cheerios cereal-like cartilage surfaces of our bones are responsible for creating noise.

Male | 23
When you have an ACL tear, it is because the ligament in your knee is overextended. In addition to resting and doing some light exercises, you should ice your knee. Although PRP or stem cell therapy could be useful for a speedy recovery, consulting with your healthcare provider on these treatments is the best way to determine the optimal care for your case.
