I am abhishek yadav.my problem is Acl partial tear. I am Indian army.can I running as before after surgery.and how many cost of surgery and how many time after complete recovery

Male | 27

Acupuncture points help in rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) . Using the local and distal points in acupuncture, it helps in repair of ligaments and reduces the rehabilitation time.
Acupuncture combined with seed and magnet therapy, moxibustion have miraculously helped in treating ACL tear naturally I.e without surgery.
One can lead a normal life once a patient is pain free.
The treatment time depends on the severity of the patient but nonetheless 12- 15 sessions will be required which will help reduce the pain and repair the ligament. Further course of treatment can be advised post the knee scan.

Sir have pain in left knee It was showing as acl sprain and Hyper Lesion on pcl then it mention as gamglion

Female | Ranganayagi

Your symptoms – pain, an ACL sprain – suggest one thing: there’s been some injury there. Hyperextension of the PCL or even just having a ganglion cyst could also cause trouble with movement and make things uncomfortable in general. But don’t worry – rest up that joint, apply some ice on it, and listen to whatever the doctor says needs doing.

I diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis arthritis on feb 2024 that time my ESR was 70 and now its down to 26 whats that mean

Female | 25

An ESR test measures inflammation levels in your body. A lower ESR reading, like 26, indicates less inflammation compared to a higher value like 70. This suggests the inflammatory condition is relatively better controlled. Ankylosing spondylitis causes back pain and stiffness due to inflammation in the spine. Effective management involves staying physically active through exercise routines, adhering to prescribed medications, maintaining a balanced diet, and avoiding tobacco use.

Is a longer femur or longer tibia better for sprinting speed?

Male | 24

Having a longer femur is better for sprinting speed. The femur is your thigh bone. A longer femur helps power your sprints. However, a longer tibia below your knee strains leg muscles. A longer femur gives you an advantage for sprinting speed. Be sure to train safely and avoid overworking muscles though.
