I have a scaphoid fracture,it's been 2months now and I have stiff wrist movement is not Swift while moving down it hurts what should I do

Hi, I just got my results back from a lumbar MRI and it says I have buldging associated with anular tear discs L4 and L5. And deshidrated discs L4 and L5. What does this mean? Will I get better without surgery? Will I ever get back to normal? Will I ever be able to go back to the gym and cycling?
