Hi Im a 26yo female, I got a lumbar MRI done because my back pain was giving me trouble to do daily activities, I cant bend forward, walk longish distances and it feels tight and hurts even when sitting or laying all these symptoms were random, I havent fell nor lifted anything too heavy, results say I have buldging associated with anular tear discs L4 and L5.
