It is a type of lung cancer grouped under non small cell lung cancer. The treatment depends in stage. It could be surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy.

Non small cell lung Cancer (NSCLC) is one form of Lung Cancer It is subdivided in to Adenocarcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma 
Lung cancer can be well differentiated , moderately differentiated or poorly differentiated depending on the microscopic pattern 
NSCLC irrespective of being adeno or squamous has propensity for metatstases 
Treatment options include for early stage Surgery ( Lobectomy or Pneumonectomy ) depending on stage and extent of disease, Intermediate stage lung cancer is treated with Neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by Surgery or Radical chemo radiation depending on disease extent and Patient physiological condition There is an emerging role of Durvalumab in intermediate stage non resectable lesions 
Advanced stage Patients are usually treated by palliative chemotherapy , targeted therapy and palliative care 
Inspite of best of treatment, Lung cancer has dismal prognosis and the key to good outcome is early detection

The treatment for moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma lung is Surgery,
Chemotherapy, Radiation and you can also go for Immunotherapy as per the prescribed protocol by Oncologist.

Aquamous carcinoma is one of the different varieties of the lung cancer.
Moderately differentiated means intermediate grade of the tumor.
Treatment options depend upon, stage of the disease, patients fitness status and choice.

Lung cancer has various histopathological types like Adenocarcinoma, Squamous cell carcinoma, Large cell carcinoma, small cell lung carcinoma, etc. 
Treatment of any lung cancer depends on various factors like the stage of the disease, mutational status, age of the patient, associated co-morbidities etc.
Exact treatment plan can be formulated after clinical examination, radiological, pulmonary, cardiac and biochemical evaluation by oncologist.

Moderately differentiated is the grade of the Tumor which means under the microscope it resembles normal lung tissue closely with have features of cancer cells.

Lung cancers.We call it as nonsmall cellul lung cancer.In that spam cell cardinal and adenocarcinoma are one.Adenocarcinomas are more common lung spammylcarcinoma are more associated with smoking.Usually we need to check it out where it's dependent.They are usually centrally located.If it is early stage we usually doa biopsy and then do the whole body.Petitis can make a stage which stage they belong.Then we'll do the treatment.If it is early stage, depending on the othercondition, either we do do surgery or cyber night.If it is a locally advanced, we do chemo radiotherapy.If it is stage four, we give inchemotherapy or the Immunotherapy with or without cybernet.

Hemithyroidectomy surgery was done of my wife,age'-48yrs in Augst 2019.But unfortunately biopsy of the lump opened was not done.from january she feel pain in cold in the lower front portion now and then.wound is fully cured. Please advice me for further treatment.
