I am a 16 year old male. Currently sick with Covid, had fever for three days, now all good, however still positive. Today out of nowhere I started to feel some heel pain when walking, on my outside right heel. And I noticed it was mainly when taking my foot off the ground. I did some tests and found out it was only when lifting my foot off a hard surface, but not a cushioned surface, that actually helped ease the pain.
